efi: add EFI_DEBUG_IMAGE_INFO_TABLE for debug

EFI_DEBUG_IMAGE_INFO_TABLE is used to store EFI_LOADED_IMAGE for
debug purpose. This commit adds the table to the EFI_CONFIGURATION_TABLE.

This feature is described in UEFI Spec version 2.10. Section 18.4.
The implementation ensures support for hardware-assisted debugging and
provides a standardized mechanism for debuggers to discover and interact
with system-level debug resources.

Add EFI_SYSTEM_TABLE_POINTER structure for remote debugger to locate
the address of EFI_SYSTEM_TABLE.

This feature is described in UEFI SPEC version 2.10. Section 18.4.2.
The implementation ensures support for hardware-assisted debugging and
provides a standardized mechanism for debuggers to discover the EFI
system table.

efi_loader: efi_net: Add device path cache

In preparation to support mutiple efi net udevices. Add a device path
cache to support device paths from multiple ethernet udevices.
The device paths can be added to the cache before EFI gets initialized and
the protocols get installed.

efi_loader: efi_setup: Add efi_start_obj_list() to efi_setup.c

The coomand bootefi calls efi_init_obj_list to do the efi set up
before launching an .efi payload, but efi_init_obj_list is called
only once. There are some initializations which depend on the
environment and should be done each time a payload gets launched and
not only once. A motivation for this changes is the following order
of events:

1. Launch an EFI application (e.g. bootefi hello)
2. Change the ip address
3. Launch another application which uses the pxe protocol

As the EFI pxe protocol was initialized when the handles
for efi net were created in 1., the ip was hardcoded there.

In this example, another possibility would be to make a callback for ip
address changes to go all the way up to efi_net.

efi_loader: Boot var automatic management

Changes for complying to EFI spec §3.5.1.1
'Removable Media Boot Behavior'.
Boot variables can be automatically generated during a removable
media is probed. At the same time, unused boot variables will be
detected and removed.

Please note that currently the function 'efi_disk_remove' has no
ability to distinguish below two scenarios
a) Unplugging of a removable media under U-Boot
b) U-Boot exiting and booting an OS
Thus currently the boot variables management is not added into
'efi_disk_remove' to avoid boot options being added/erased
repeatedly under scenario b) during power cycles
See TODO comments under function 'efi_disk_remove' for more details

The original efi_secboot tests expect that BootOrder EFI variable
is not defined. With this commit, the BootOrder EFI variable is
automatically added when the disk is detected. The original
efi_secboot tests end up with unexpected failure.
The efi_secboot tests need to be modified to explicitly set
the BootOrder EFI variable.

squashfs and erofs ls tests are also affected by this modification,
need to clear the previous state before squashfs ls test starts.

efi: Use the installed SMBIOS tables

U-Boot should set up the SMBIOS tables during startup, as it does on x86.
Ensure that it does this correctly on non-x86 machines too, by creating
an event spy for last-stage init.

Tidy up the installation-condition code while we are here.

efi: x86: Correct the condition for installing ACPI tables

It is not always the case that U-Boot builds the ACPI tables itself. For
example, when booting from coreboot, the ACPI tables are built by
coreboot.

Correct the Makefile condition so that U-Boot can pass on tables built
by a previous firmware stage.

Tidy up the installation-condition code while we are here.
