In some cases (e.g. bootm with a elf payload which is already at the right
position) there is a in place copy of data to the same address. Catching this
saves some ms while booting.

Now that the other architecture-specific lib directories have been
moved out of the top-level directory there's not much reason to have the
'_generic' suffix on the common lib directory.
