Move lib_$ARCH directories to arch/$ARCH/lib

Also move lib_$ARCH/config.mk to arch/$ARCH/config.mk

This change is intended to clean up the top-level directory structure
and more closely mimic Linux's directory organization.

fsl_esdhc: add support for mx51 processor

The esdhc controller in the mx51 processor is quite
the same as the one in some powerpc processors
(MPC83xx, MPC85xx). This patches adapts the driver
to support the arm mx51.

Standardize mem_malloc_init() implementation

This lays the groundwork to allow architectures to share a common
mem_malloc_init().

Note that the x86 implementation was not modified as it did not fit the
mold of all other architectures.

Convert CS8900 Ethernet driver to CONFIG_NET_MULTI API

Also:
  - changed CONFIG_DRIVER_CS8900 to CONFIG_CS8900
  - changed CS8900_BASE to CONFIG_CS8900_BASE
  - changed CS8900_BUS?? to CONFIG_CS8900_BUS??
  - cleaned up line lengths
  - modified VCMA9 command function that accesses the device
  - removed MAC address initialization from lib_arm/board.c

stdio/device: rework function naming convention

So far the console API uses the following naming convention:

	device_t* device_get_by_name(char* name);
	device_t* device_clone(device_t *dev);

which is too generic and confusing.

Instead of using device_XX and device_t we change this
into stdio_XX and stdio_dev

This will also allow to add later a generic device mechanism in order
to have support for multiple devices and driver instances.
