The location of memory depends on the board. Do not assume memory at fixed
memory locations. Use memalign() instead to allocate a buffer.

Prepare v2025.07-rc5

With this merge, tighten up the LTO_FLAGS removal we added to not
trigger on ARMv7 (which is Thumb-2 and should be fine).

Add support of optional shortname for parameter 'type' of gpt
command (limited by UUID_STR_LEN) and a separate 'description'
for UID format "%pUs" used in 'part list' output.

When 'description' is absent in list_guid[], the optional
shortname is used as fallback.

Many partition types for EFI have no shortcut yet, but only
description as they are only used to display information.

This patch also restores the "system" as short name for EFI
System Partition (ESP).

The include file <command.h> does not need anything from <env.h>.
Furthermore, include/env.h itself includes other headers which can lead
to longer indirect inclusion paths. To prepare to remove <env.h> from
<command.h> fix all of the places which had relied on this indirect
inclusion to instead include <env.h> directly.

The name defined for PARTITION_SYSTEM_GUID in list_guid[] depends on
configuration options. It is "system" if CONFIG_PARTITION_TYPE_GUID is
enabled or "System Partition" if CONFIG_CMD_EFIDEBUG or CONFIG_EFI are
enabled. In addition, the unit test in test/common/print.c is incorrect
because it expects only "system" (or a hex GUID).

Make things more consistent by using a clear and unique name: "EFI
System Partition" whatever the configuration, and update the unit test
accordingly.

It is confusing to have both "$(PHASE_)" and "$(XPL_)" be used in our
Makefiles as part of the macros to determine when to do something in our
Makefiles based on what phase of the build we are in. For consistency,
bring this down to a single macro and use "$(PHASE_)" only.

bloblist_find function only returns the pointer of blob data,
which is fine for those self-describing data like FDT.
But as a common scenario, an interface is needed to retrieve both
the pointer and the size of the blob data.

Add a few ut test cases for the new api.
