When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master. test: cpu: Handle both 32bit and 64bit CPUs

Handle both 32bit and 64bit systems, i.e. sandbox and sandbox64 the same way drivers/cpu/cpu_sandbox.c does, that is in case CONFIG_PHYS_64BIT is enabled, assume 64bit address width, else assume 32bit address width. dm: Rename DM test flags to make them more generic

The test flags used by driver model are currently not available to other tests. Rather than creating two sets of flags, make these flags generic by changing the DM_ prefix to UT_ and moving them to the test.h header. This will allow adding other test flags without confusion.
