Support reading the "interrupts" property from the devicetree in case
the "interrupts-extended" property isn't found. As the "interrupts"
property is commonly used, this allows to parse all existing FDT and
makes irq_get_by_index() more useful.

The "interrupts" property doesn't contain a phandle as "interrupts-extended"
does, so implement a new method to locate the interrupt-parent called
irq_get_interrupt_parent().

TEST: Read the interrupts from the GIC node for ACPI MADT generation.

The UT_TESTF_ macros read as 'unit test test flags' which is not right.
Rename to UTF ('unit test flags').

This has the benefit of being shorter, which helps keep UNIT_TEST()
declarations on a single line.

Give the enum a name and reference it from the UNIT_TEST() macros while
we are here.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.

This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

The test flags used by driver model are currently not available to other
tests. Rather than creating two sets of flags, make these flags generic
by changing the DM_ prefix to UT_ and moving them to the test.h header.

This will allow adding other test flags without confusion.

When generating ACPI tables we need to convert IRQs in U-Boot to the ACPI
structures required by ACPI. This is a SoC-specific conversion and cannot
be handled by generic code, so add a new IRQ method to do the conversion.

At present driver model supports the IRQ uclass but there is no way to
request a particular interrupt for a driver.

Add a mechanism, similar to clock and reset, to read the interrupts
required by a device from the device tree and to request those interrupts.

U-Boot itself does not have interrupt-driven handlers, so just provide a
means to read and clear an interrupt. This can be useful to handle
peripherals which must use an interrupt to determine when data is
available, for example.

Bring over the basic binding file as well, from Linux v5.4. Note that the
older binding is not supported in U-Boot; the newer 'special form' must be
used.

Add a simple test of the new functionality.

There can be different types of interrupt controllers in a system and some
drivers may need to distinguish between these. In general this can be
handled using the device tree by adding the interrupt information to
device nodes.

However on x86 devices we have interrupt controllers which are not tied
to any particular device and not really used in U-Boot. These still need
to be inited, so a convenient method is to give each controller a type
and allow a particular controller type to be probed.

Add support for this in sandbox along with a test.
