When this utility was converted from run_pipe and to the new output
helper, two problems were introduced. First, the conversion for calling
"git rm -f" wasn't correct. Change this to match the other conversions.
Second, the final call we do we need to construct the list because we
print that command for the user to use to inspect remaining references.

Add a helper to avoid needing to use a list within a list for this
simple case.

Update existing users of runpipe() to use this where possible.

The patman directory has a number of modules which are used by other tools
in U-Boot. This makes it hard to package the tools using pypi since the
common files must be copied along with the tool that uses them.

To address this, move these files into a new u_boot_pylib library. This
can be packaged separately and listed as a dependency of each tool.

There are few places where the path of the current modules is calculated

Now that we are using absolute paths we can remove some of the sys.path
mangling that appears in the tools.

We only need to add the path to 'tools/' so that everything can find
modules relative to that directory.

The special paths for finding pylibfdt remain.

At present patman sets the python path on startup so that it can access
the libraries it needs. If we convert to use absolute imports this is not
necessary.

Move patman to use absolute imports. This requires changes in tools which
use the patman libraries (which is most of them).

This script attempts to create a git commit which removes a single board.
It is quite fallible and everything it does needs checking. But it can
help speed up the process.
