ARM: dts: stm32: Add bootph-all in stm32mp215f-dk-u-boot.dtsi
Add temporarily bootph-all property in usart2 and syscfg nodes
to allows stm32mp215f-dk board to boot.
When DT kernel series [1] will be merged and synchronized in U-Boot
this patch will be reverted.
