Revert "kbuild: unexport sub_make_done to fix child make invocations"
This unfortunately introduces failure to build in other cases:
$ make ARCH=riscv CROSS_COMPILE=riscv64-unknown-linux-gnu- O=build \
microchip_mpfs_generic_defconfig
