2020-07-18mips: octeon: Initial minimal support for the Marvell Octeon SoCAaron Williams
This patch adds very basic support for the Octeon III SoCs. Only CFI parallel NOR flash and UART is supported for now. Please note that the basic Octeon port does not include the DDR3/4 initialization yet. This will be added in some follow-up patches later. To still use U-Boot on with this port, the L2 cache (4MiB on Octeon III CN73xx) is used as RAM. This way, U-Boot can boot to the prompt on such boards. 2020-07-01clk: Add K210 clock supportSean Anderson
Due to the large number of clocks, I decided to use the CCF. The overall structure is modeled after the imx code. Clocks parameters are stored in several arrays, and are then instantiated at run-time. There are some translation macros (FOOIFY()) which allow for more dense packing. Provide a log driver that broadcasts RFC 3164 messages to syslog servers. rsyslog is one implementation of such a server. The messages are sent to the local broadcast address 255.255.255.255 on port 514. The environment variable log_hostname can be used to provide the HOSTNAME field for the messages. Add Support for UFS Host Controller Interface (UFSHCI) for communicating with Universal Flash Storage (UFS) devices. The steps to initialize the host controller interface are the following: - Initiate the Host Controller Initialization process by writing to the Host controller enable register. - Configure the Host Controller base address registers by allocating a host memory space and related data structures. - Unipro link startup procedure - Check for connected device - Configure UFS host controller to process requests Also register this host controller as a SCSI host controller.
