Several source files need to be compiled and linked when one or more config options are selected. To allow for easy selection in the Makefiles yet to avoild multiple compilation (which costs build time) and especially multiple linking (which causes errors), we use "COBJS = $(sort COBJS-y)" which eliminates duplicates. The formula "counter = (u32) (gd->bus_clk / gd->baudrate) / 32" can generate the wrong divisor due to integer division truncation. According to the OMAP5912 Serial Interfaces Reference Guide (see http://focus.ti.com/lit/ug/spru760c/spru760c.pdf, page 150), the FIFO_EN enable bit in the FIFO Control Register (FCR) can only be changed when the baud clock is not running, i. e. when both DLL and DLH are set to 0.
