Transition to the IOPAD macros as used in Linux in which the pin mux
mode is specified using a dedicated parameter while also dropping the
related MUX_MODEx macros that are no longer needed. This transition
will allow us to keep both Linux and U-Boot DTS in sync more easily.
While at it also align the file name of the include file itself and
update any references accordingly.

Copy missing Kernel patch to make SLEWCTRL_SLOW available in device tree
and to correct the value of SLEWCTRL_FAST.
After this patch, the Kernel and U-boot device tree settings for
SLEWCTRL have the same effect.
Original Kernel patch message:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=424e0f039bfa8a51fb5c5178b6ece8baa4996469
"
According to AM335x TRM, Document spruh73l, Revised February 2015,
Section 9.2.2 Pad Control Registers, setting bit 6 of the pad control
registers actually sets the SLEWCTRL value to slow rather than fast as
the current macro indicates. Introduce a new macro, SLEWCTRL_SLOW, that
sets the bit, and modify SLEWCTRL_FAST to 0 but keep it for
completeness. Current users of the macro (i2c and mdio) are left
unmodified as SLEWCTRL_FAST was the macro used and actual desired state.
Tested on am335x-gp-evm with no difference in software performance seen.

This patch adds pinmux and pinctrl driver for TLMM
subsystem in snapdragon chipsets.
Currently, supporting only 8016, but implementation is
generic and 8096 can be added easily.
Driver is using the generic dt-bindings and doesn't
introduce any new bindings (yet).

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Add DT nodes to enable ARM_PL180_MMCI IP support for STM32F746
and STM32F769 discovery boards
There is a hardware issue on these boards, it misses a pullup on the GPIO line
used as card detect to allow correct SD card detection.
As workaround, cd-gpios property is not present in DT.
So SD card is always considered present in the slot.

Upstream Linux has received a few device tree updates to the RPi
which we should propagate into the builtin U-Boot one as well to
gain hardware support.
This patch bumps the dts files to their 4.14 Linux counterparts
with the exception of sdhost on 32bit RPi versions. There we stay
with iproc as the sdhost driver is missing in U-Boot.

AT91 PIO controller is a combined gpio-controller, pin-mux and
pin-config module. The peripheral's pins are assigned through
per-pin based muxing logic.
Each SoC will have to describe the its limitation and pin
configuration via device tree. This will allow to do not need
to touch the C code when adding new SoC if the IP version is

This controller was introduced on Tegra114 to handle XUSB pads. On
Tegra124 it is also used for PCIe and SATA pin muxing and PHY control.
Only the Tegra124 PCIe and SATA functionality is currently implemented,
with weak symbols on Tegra114.
Tegra20 and Tegra30 also provide weak symbols for these functions so
that drivers can use the same API irrespective of which SoC they're
being built for.
