This patch was copied from kernel commit: 67fdfda4a99ed.
Sometimes, the gadget driver we want to run has max_speed lower than
what the UDC supports. In such situations, UDC might want to make sure
we don't try to connect on speeds not supported by the gadget
driver because that will just fail.
So here introduce a new optional ->udc_set_speed() method which can be
implemented by interested UDC drivers to achieve this purpose.

Add match_ep() op to usb_gadget_ops similar to Linux kernel which is
useful in finding a suitable ep match for the function driver. This will
avoid adding more gadget_is_xxx() handling code to usb_ep_autoconfig().
Also sync usb_ep_caps struct thats is usually used in the match_ep()
callback by the gadget controller driver

usb_gadget_initialize()/_release()/_handle_interrupt()
When DM_USB_GADGET the platform code for the USB device must be replaced by
calls to a USB device driver.
usb_gadget_initialize() probes the USB device driver.
usb_gadget_release() removes the USB device driver.

Since we support multiple dwc3 controllers to be existent at the same
time, in order to handle the interrupts of a particular dwc3 controller
usb_gadget_handle_interrutps should take controller index as an
argument.
Hence the API of usb_gadget_handle_interrupts is modified to take
controller index as an argument and made the corresponding changes to all
the usb_gadget_handle_interrupts calls.

Did a bunch of things to get dwc3/gadget.c compile in u-boot without
build errors and warnings
*) Changed the included header files to that used in u-boot.
*) Used dma_alloc_coherent and dma_free_coherent APIs of u-boot
*) removed sg support
*) remove jiffies and used a simple while loop
*) removed irq support and added a function to call these interrupt handler.

Only the <linux/usb/gadget.h> requires error.h include. Hence, several
includes of error.h at USB gadget functions are not needed.
Moreover unnecessary malloc.h includes were also removed.

'bool' is defined in random places. This patch consolidates them into a
single header file include/linux/types.h, using stdbool.h introduced in C99.
All other #define, typedef and enum are removed. They are all consistent with
true = 1, false = 0.
Replace FALSE, False with false. Replace TRUE, True with true.
Skip *.py, *.php, lib/* files.

The most frequently encountered problems are:
1) "(foo*)", "foo * bar", "foo* bar"
2) C99 // comments
3) No spaces before/after/around '?', ':', '=', '==', ',', '&', '('
4) Spaces before '['
5) Spaces between function names and '('
6) Block braces in wrong places
7) Spaces before tabs
8) Macros with complex values not enclosed in parenthesis
9) Multiline comments start just after /*
