An UMS session with eMMC device specifier "ums C mmc dev.part1,dev.part2"
exposes the same eMMC HW partition 'part2' twice instead of exposing both
HW partitions 'part1' and 'part2'. Fix this by switching the eMMC HW
partition before block device read/write access.
An eMMC is represented by a single struct blk_desc, with the currently
selected HW partition being stored in this struct blk_desc. Each call to
part_get_info_by_dev_and_name_or_num() with partition string dev[.partN]
does trigger HW partition switch by calling blk_get_device_part_str() ->
blk_get_device_part_str() -> get_dev_hwpart() -> get_dev_hwpart() ->
blk_dselect_hwpart(). The ums_init() iterates over the device specifier
string and calls part_get_info_by_dev_and_name_or_num() in a loop for
each dev[.partN] entry used as the partition string. If the device
specifier string contains more than one dev[.partN] partition strings
for the same dev device, then it is the HW partition described in the
last dev[.partN] partition string entry that is accessed for all dev
device partition strings in the device specifier string, because that
last dev[.partN] partition string entry was the last one that triggered
blk_dselect_hwpart() call for that device.
To access the expected HW partition for every dev[.partN] partition string
entry, it is necessary to call blk_dselect_hwpart() before each block read
or write. Store HW partition described for each dev[.partN] partition string
in struct ums and use the stored value to make it so.
The blk_dselect_hwpart() does test whether the currently selected HW
partition is already configured in hardware and does not reconfigure
the hardware if that is the case, therefore for the majority of block
reads and writes, blk_dselect_hwpart() is a no-op with negligible
performance impact.
Example reproducer is listed below. The last sector of both eMMC HW BOOT
partitions is populated with distinct test pattern and UMS is launched:

UFS storage often uses a 4096-byte sector size, add support for dynamic
sector sizes based loosely on the Linux implementation.
Support for dynamic sector sizes changes the types used in some
divisions, resulting in the compiler attempting to use
libgcc helpers (__aeabi_ldivmod).
Replace these divisions with calls to lldiv() to handle this correctly.

The usb mass storage (f_mass_storage.c) uses fixed usb index 0,
this causes problem while CDNS3 USB controller index is 1.
Modify the API of fsg to pass the controller index.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Use 'struct' instead of a typdef. Also since 'struct block_dev_desc' is long
and causes 80-column violations, rename it to struct blk_desc.

Extend the ums command to accept a list of block devices. Each of these
will be exported as a separate LUN. An example use-case would be:
ums 0 mmc 0,0.1,0.2
... which would export LUNs for eMMC 0's user data, boot0, and boot1 HW
partitions. This is useful since it allows the host access to everything
on the eMMC without having to somehow stop the ums command from executing
and restart it with different parameters.

There's nothing Samsung-/board-specfic about the implementation of
ums_init(). Move the code into cmd_usb_mass_storage.c, so that it can
be shared by any user of that command.

These values aren't set anywhere at present, and hence have no effect.
The concept of a single global offset/number of sectors to expose through
USB Mass Storage doesn't even make sense in the face of multiple storage
devices. Remove these defines to simplify the code.

The USB Mass Storage function could equally well support a SATA device
as support an MMC device. Update struct ums to contain a block device
descriptor, not an MMC device descriptor.

Before this change ums mode can not be entered when device
was using the same usb port for usb/uart communication.
Switching USB cable from UART to USB always causes ums exit.

This patch prevents:
- ums disk capacity miscalculation because of integer overflow
Changes v2:
- Prevents passing zero size disk capacity to ums gadget driver
- Change function ums_get_capacity() to ums_disk_init() and do ums disk
initialization before gadget init

This patch introduces some cleanups to ums code. Changes:
ums common:
- introduce UMS_START_SECTOR and UMS_NUM_SECTORS as defined in
usb_mass_storage.h both default values as 0 if board config
doesn't define them
common cleanup changes:
- change name of struct "ums_board_info" to "ums"
- "ums_device" fields are moved to struct ums and "dev_num" is removed
- change function name: board_ums_init to ums_init
- remove "extern" prefixes from usb_mass_storage.h
cmd_usb_mass_storage:
- change error() to printf() if need to print info message
- change return values to command_ret_t type at ums command code
- add command usage string

This commit unifies board-specific USB initialization implementations
under one symbol (usb_board_init), declaration of which is available in
usb.h.
New API allows selective initialization of USB controllers whenever needed.

(f_mass_storage)
The mass storage composite function is now compiled in only when
CONFIG_USB_GADGET_MASS_STORAGE is defined.
Such change provides binary size reduction for boards which use USB
download gadget (like am335x_evm) with DFU, but don't use UMS.
For example at am335x_evm board reduction is more than 2KiB for
text and around 120B for data.

New command called "ums" is implemented to provide access
to on-device embedded persistent memory.
USB Mass Storage is supposed to work on top of the USB
