* Update BthEchoSampleCli and BthEchoSampleSrv to be single architecture targeted and the specific build architecture is stamped at the time it is built. * Remove long deprecated WDF coinstaller references. Rename CopyFiles section from Drivers_Dir to DriverStore_Dir.
