The function is passed to SetupScanFileQueue, which expects it to be a
PSP_FILE_CALLBACK.
The definition of PSP_FILE_CABLLBACK includes CALLBACK.
The definition of CALLBACK usually is __stdcall.
This change is needed for compiling devcon with mingw-w64.
