[drivers][virtio] Depend VirtIO net on LWIP
将 VirtIO Net 的依赖从 RT_USING_ETHERNET 调整为 RT_USING_LWIP。
避免 SMART QEMU 在未启用以太网抽象时无法选择网卡。
