[bsp/rockchip] Extend platform and peripheral support
Add support for audio, display, Ethernet, PCIe, PHY, SDIO, UFS,
hardware crypto and multimedia accelerators. Update the RK3300 and
RK3500 configurations and validation applications accordingly.
