The RT_USING_CPU_USAGE_TRACER print block was duplicated identically in
both the ARCH_CPU_STACK_GROWS_UPWARD and the normal branch of
list_thread(). Both branches only differ in the stack usage line (which
has no trailing newline), so move the single shared block after the
#endif of the stack-growth conditional. No functional change.

Move the command length checks before reading command buffers while parsing module, script, and LWP command names. This keeps commands without separators from reading one byte past the provided length.

Replace standard string and memory functions with RT-Thread's rt-prefixed
equivalents where available:
- strcpy -> rt_strcpy
- strncpy -> rt_strncpy
- strcmp -> rt_strcmp
- strncmp -> rt_strncmp
- strlen -> rt_strlen
- strstr -> rt_strstr
- memcpy -> rt_memcpy
- memcmp -> rt_memcmp
Functions like strcat, strchr remain unchanged as RT-Thread does not provide
rt-prefixed versions.

[Fix] <components>:finsh/shell.c
When using char rt_hw_console_getchar(void),
some compilers may default to returning 255 instead of the expected -1,
causing the condition if(ch < 0) at F: shell.c L:519 to fail and enter an erroneous loop.
Solution: Use the signed char type return value as rt_hw_console_getchar

Regular macro definitions according to [1].
Note: for variadic macros such as MSH_CMD_EXPORT, we can
not use normal @param command, otherwise doxygen will
report "@param is not found in the argument list of ...".
So I just write the parameters by manual.

* doxygen: add prefix for groups
Add "group_" prefix to doxygen group names. This makes
it easier to grep with group name later.
This patch only modifies the groups defined in the pathes
of INPUT of documentation/Doxyfile:
INPUT = . \
../src \
../include \
../components/finsh \
../components/drivers/include/drivers \
../components/drivers/clk \
../components/dfs/dfs_v2/src \
../components/dfs/dfs_v2/include
Other groups are not touched.
