RT-Thread framebuffer and HDMI output drivers for the Spacemit K1
Saturn DPU. The display clock, reset, HDMI PHY and DPU scanout are
initialized by RT-Thread without relying on a bootloader handoff.
Supported primary-plane formats are ARGB8888, ABGR8888, RGB565 and
BGR565. HDMI currently uses the board's known-good 1920x1080p60 mode.
