README: use emoji for Supported CPUs status marks (#3691)
Replace the ✔/⚠/✖ status symbols in the Supported CPUs table and its
legend with ✅ (Supported), 🟡 (Partial support) and ❌ (Not supported by
hardware) for clearer at-a-glance scanning.
