usb: musb-new: fix ti-musb dependencies
If OF_CONTROL is on, ti-musb.c registers a "ti-musb-wrapper" driver
that requires UCLASS_MISC. Hence, select MISC if both OF_CONTROL
and USB_MUSB_TI are selected.
