Convert CONFIG_SUPPORT_EMMC_BOOT to Kconfig
This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SUPPORT_EMMC_BOOT
As requested by Michal Simek <[email protected]>, these boards
have no eMMC so CONFIG_SUPPORT_EMMC_BOOT has not been migrated:
