arm: dts: imx8mn-var-som-symphony: migrate to OF_UPSTREAM
Switch to OF_UPSTREAM to make use of the upstream device trees.
Remove the now obsolete device tree files:
- imx8mn-var-som-symphony.dts
- imx8mn-var-som.dtsi
