Update CONFIG_PCIAUTO_SKIP_HOST_BRIDGE to related boards
Remove test for CONFIG_MPC5200 in drivers/pci/pci_auto.c and define
CONFIG_PCIAUTO_SKIP_HOST_BRIDGE in related board configuration files.
