configs: e850-96: Enable options for updated env
The E850-96 default environment is going to be updated soon, requiring
next config options to be enabled:
- CONFIG_DEFAULT_FDT_FILE: $fdtfile will use this value
- CONFIG_PARTITION_TYPE_GUID: $partitions will rely on "type" feature
