net: rswitch: Parametize COMA, ETHA, GWCA offsets
The COMA, ETHA, GWCA offsets differ across variants of this IP in
R-Car S4 and R-Car X5H. Parametrize these offsets in preparation
for R-Car X5H addition into this driver. No functional change.
