doc: board: ti: am6254atl_sk: fix PRELOADED_BL33_BASE
The SPL_TEXT_BASE for AM62x SiP is set as 0x82000000 whereas the
documentation states 0x81880000 as the PRELOADED_BL33_BASE value.
Both should match to allow TFA to jump to the address where A53 SPL has
been loaded.
