arm: dts: k3-am64-phycore-som-ddr4: Update DDR timings
Update DDR timings to increase stability in higher temperature ranges.
Update DDR settings:
- SysConfig DDR tool v0.09.05
- Package: ALV
- Extended temperature range -40C to 105C
- Lower tREFI (ns) to 3900
