arm: dts: k3-am62d-evm-binman: Fix device tree reference
Fix ti-secure content reference from spl_am62a7_sk_dtb to
spl_am62d2_evm_dtb or AM62d dtb. Also remove redundant k3-binman.dtsi
include.
