common: default CONFIG_CONSOLE_RECORD_OUT_SIZE=0x6000
For some tests the current default of 0x400 for
CONFIG_CONSOLE_RECORD_OUT_SIZE is too small.
Raise the value to 0x6000 which is already the most common value.
