Merge tag 'u-boot-ufs-20260304' of https://source.denx.de/u-boot/custodians/u-boot-ufs
A few fixes/missing changes for UFS:
- remove unused ufs_post_bind() declaration
- Disable UTP command timeout in slow mode
- Missing MediaTek UFS PHY Driver to be used with the UFS driver
