bsh: imx6ulz_smm_m2: Update imx6ulz BSH SMM M2B board
Improve support for the BSH SystemMaster (SMM) M2B board.
In particular, this patch adds the timing for the 512 MB version, and
the spi.c reflects it by removing the safe guards.
