ARM: imx: Enable USB ethernet on i.MX8M Plus DHCOM
Enable both USB CDC ethernet and USB host ethernet on i.MX8M Plus DHCOM.
This is useful for bringing up systems without ethernet plug, but with
either USB host or gadget plug.
