configs: lx2160: enable DM support for pcf2127 rtc
Enable related configs on all lx2160ardb boards to support pcf2127
rtc DM feature.
Also remove SYS_I2C_MXC_I2Cx, where x is from 1 to 8 from
Kconfig.
