imx: imx8qm_rm7720: adjust fdt_addr
The Linux Kernel Image size for arm64 is still growing.
A Kernel with 54 MB at load address 0x80280000 overlaps
with fdt_addr at 0x83000000. So let's increase it to 0x84000000
