ARM: rmobile: Switch to UniPhier SD driver on Gen3
The UniPhier SD driver handles the same Matsushita IP as is used
in the Renesas RCar SoCs, yet the driver is significantly better
than the SH SDHI one. Switch over to the Uniphier driver.
