usb: gadget: Kconfig: Correct Qualcomm config name used
Correct ARCH_QCOM to ARCH_SNAPDRAGON as ARCH_QCOM is outdated/unused
config. Using ARCH_QCOM was causing USB fastboot mode to fail.
