efi: Update maintainers for EFI_CLIENT
The 'EFI PAYLOAD' entry really refers to the EFI loader and EFI APP
refers to the app and the payload.
Rename 'EFI PAYLOAD' to 'EFI LOADER' and 'EFI APP' to 'EFI CLIENT'
