ARM: zynq: Disable the config CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_USE_4K_SECTORS
Lock size for the flashes will be in terms of sector size, so
disable the CONFIG_SPI_FLASH_USE_4K_SECTORS and read it from the
flash itself.
