arm: kirkwood: Enable bootstd and other modernization for OpenRD boards
Enable bootstd for OpenRD boards
Update defconfigs to the latest u-boot requirements
Remove JFFS2 support. See JFFS2 Vulnerability[1].
Move default envs to text-base environment
