pci: mpc85xx: Use PCI_CONF1_EXT_ADDRESS() macro
PCI mpc85xx driver uses extended format of Config Address for PCI
Configuration Mechanism #1.
So use new U-Boot macro PCI_CONF1_EXT_ADDRESS().
