Merge patch series "Enable EFI capsule updates for PHYTEC K3 SoMs"

This implements capsule updates for all our K3 SoMs for
eMMC, OSPI NOR and uSD cards.
We can use capsule updates to update the bootloader on all our
supported flash devices.
