sunxi: Drop FEL variants of defconfigs.
This can now be configured via Kconfig, e.g. with:
$ make BOARD_defconfig
$ echo CONFIG_SPL_FEL=y >> .config
$ echo CONFIG_SPL_FEL=y >> spl/.config
