mmc: mvebu: Remove unused MMC_CAP.. macros
Removed MMC_CAP_NONREMOVABLE, MMC_CAP_NEEDS_POLL macros from
mvebu_mmc.h to avoid redefining of these macros when compiled with
mvebu based configs.
