spl: Kconfig: dfu: spl-dfu depends on SPL_RAM_SUPPORT
Since SPL_DFU_SUPPORT is depends on SPL_RAM_SUPPORT,
hence select SPL_DFU_SUPPORT only when
SPL_RAM_SUPPORT is chosen.
