cgtqmx6eval: Remove uneeded PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE
cgtqmx6eval uses the imx_ddr_size() function to calculate the DDR size in
runtime, so there is no need to define PHYS_SDRAM_SIZE.
Remove the unneeded definition.
