clk: mediatek: mt7988: fix wrong parent for INFRA_PCIE_PERI_26M_CK_P2
Fix wrong parent for INFRA_PCIE_PERI_26M_CK_P2 as should be
INFRA_PCIE_PERI_26M_CK_P3 instead of INFRA_F26M_O0. This is to match
implementation on upstream kernel linux.
