configs: visionfive2: re-enable SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE
To restore MMC boot, enable SPL_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE and recover
SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_USE_PARTITION and
SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_PARTITION.
