MVBLM7, MVSMR: fix Makefile (cleanup bootscript.img)
Fix MVBLM7 and MVSMR Makefiles for correct out-of-tree building
(create "bootscript.img" in build directory instead of source
directory) and cleanup (remove "bootscript.img" when cleaning up).
